Marcee C. Duvall

Marcee C. Duvall earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Western Illinois University in December 1999, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law in November 2002, with a concentration in criminal practice. Ms. Duvall was admitted to practice law in Texas in May 2003 and began her career with McDonald & Duvall in Waco, Texas. There, she maintained a general practice that included criminal defense, personal injury, and substantial family law litigation.

Originally from Aurora, Illinois, Ms. Duvall returned to the area in August 2005 and was admitted to practice law in Illinois in May 2006. From May 2006 through October 2013, she worked as a family law associate in St. Charles, Illinois, alongside current managing partner Tricia Goostree. After stepping away for a period to pursue management training, Ms. Duvall returned to family law litigation in April 2017 and has concentrated exclusively on family law ever since. Her practice includes divorce, paternity, child custody and allocation of parental responsibilities, child support, and parenting time. She also brings extensive trial experience to matters involving complex financial issues and contested custody disputes.

Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Duvall enjoys following Chicago sports and is an enthusiastic fan of musical theater.
